Differential heat treatment

It is an important technology that optimizes mechanical properties to meet customer requirements by utilizing SKH / SKD / M3-2 high-speed steel grades.
When high and low strength are simultaneously achieved in a single part or material, the high-strength side becomes a martensitic structure and the low-strength side becomes a pearlite structure; through this structural change, it is possible to possess both strength and toughness.
The parts used in hot briquetting possess high-temperature strength, wear resistance, and impact resistance, and the key factor determining the product's lifespan will be the hardness distribution according to the hardening depth in each area.
High-strength surface hardening depth (30~35mm)
